Table requests

When you request a table, Teddy Beer collects your name, email, phone, preferred visit, party size and any notes you choose to provide. We use them to manage your booking and contact you about it, not to subscribe you to marketing.

Requests are stored in our website’s database and are accessible only through the owner dashboard. Your private status link also shows your name and booking details, so keep it private. Contact hello@teddybeer.ca to ask about your information or request deletion.

Booking status

Submitting a request does not confirm a table. Keep your status link to check the venue’s reply. Automatic email notifications are not enabled. Call us for urgent requests.

Events & external links

Ticket sales and RSVPs may be handled by independent event hosts. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not collect payment card details here.

Keeping the service working

We use a short-lived rate check derived from connection information and your email to limit repeated form submissions. The owner dashboard requires sign-in. Guest table requests do not require an account.
