Can I book just one space?
Yes. Ask about the Main Bar, the patio or the VIP Room. You can also combine spaces. We’ll confirm the right layout and guest capacity for your plans.
How much does a private event cost?
Your quote depends on the date, time, space and event format. Venue fees, food and drink minimums, staffing and any extras are agreed before you book. Send us your plans for a tailored quote.
Can we have music, a DJ or a live performance?
Yes—music, comedy and live shows are part of Teddy Beer. Tell us about your performer, DJ or playlist so we can confirm sound, equipment and timing for the space you choose.
Can you arrange food and drinks?
We have a bar and kitchen, and can discuss a menu for your group. Tell us about dietary needs in advance. Outside food is not permitted, except celebration cakes; no outside alcohol.
Is the patio available in winter?
The Patio is covered and heated for year-round gatherings. Ask about availability and the best setup for your date.
Can we visit when there isn’t a private event?
Absolutely. Teddy Beer is also a neighbourhood bar. Public opening times can change around private bookings—check our Instagram or contact us before you come.
What about accessibility and special requirements?
Tell us what your guests need before booking. We’ll walk you through the venue’s layout, entrances, washrooms and available seating to help you plan comfortably.
